Wonderful family owned restaurant. Meats were delicious. Staff was fabulous. Visited on a Monday night and not too busy, but steady traffic. Supreme potato was tasty and ginormous!

Absolutely Outstanding! I recently visited Stubby’s BBQ off Central, and I’m still blown away. The food was phenomenal—both the ribs and the brisket sandwich were out of this world. The ribs were fall-off-the-bone tender and full of smoky, rich flavor. The brisket sandwich was equally amazing—juicy, perfectly seasoned, and melt-in-your-mouth good. And let’s talk about the customer service: wow. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and made the whole experience even better. If you’re anywhere near Hot Springs, do yourself a favor and stop by Stubby’s. This place is a true gem, and you won’t be disappointed!

This place was AMAZING! The food was all DELICIOUS! The beef ribs were to die for, we got the sharing plate of all the meat basically and it was all soooo good! The BBQ sauce (both the regular and spicy) was soooo good. They even brought out some of the juice that the beef ribs were made in to dip it in! The workers were so nice! 100% would recommend!!

I think my partner & I split a combo platter so we could try a little of everything. Not sure if thats what it was called. Got to try their brisket, rib, ham, turkey, and pulled pork. Brisket was sooo good and I've never had turkey that flavorful. The staff helped us understand how they ran everything (order at the counter cafe style & pay at counter) and were very friendly about everything. We took leftovers with us, it was a lot of food for the price.

PLS NOTE: BEEF RIBS are ONLY served on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday!! After spending a few hrs at the casino, we saw Stubby's BBQ and decided to check out the reviews. The words "Beef ribs" caught my eye, and l jumped. My rib order weighed about 5-6 lbs, and they were THE tenderest, succulent, fantastic, juiciest beef ribs I've ever eaten! We're visiting from Lake of the Ozarks, and you have to go to KC for beef ribs. They're sooooo hard to find on any menu. My God, these ribs were incredibly juicy, a little fatty, meaty, smoky, dino sized bones. I'd say they were about a foot long. Are they cheap? Nope. But are they worth every damn penny? Hell yeah! The creamy cole slaw was bomb, not too sweet, crunchy & plentiful. The icing on the cake of this experience were the lovely ladies working the speaker and the drive-thru window on Sat. 4.12.25 @4 pm. They were outgoing, friendly, and helpful w/my many questions and wished us safe travels. I LOVE Hot Springs! A experience The Pit Master was sent from the good Lord himself!!!

Great place to stop for a quick bite and great BBQ! Everything made fresh daily. Reasonable prices for the amount of food you get! My husband and I shared the loaded baked potato. It was plenty of food for both of us! They also give you white bread and butter, which I like. My daughter got the half a chicken with baked beans. She loved the chicken! My son got the pulled pork sandwich off the kid's menu and he loved it. Definitely recommend if you are in the area and want some good BBQ!

Stubby's is one of our benchmark BBQ restaurants here in town. Prices are reasonable, portion sizes are generous, comfortable seating, fun atmosphere, and folks behind the counter have always been very nice and friendly. I really liked the coleslaw which I thought was mild relative to other places. The beans were good and had pieces meat. The sandwich was mild with a middle ground smokey flavor- not too smokey, not too little. It seemed to be fresh and cooked fully without being burnt. I really liked the BBQ sauce and I would have asked for extra had I known. I can't identify what is unique about it but I almost wonder if they make it in-house. I think I could smell the aroma of tamarind. I don't believe there's any ketchup in this one-which I don't like in barbecue sauce. I'd probably buy some sauce to take home but I didn't ask about it. Next time! I did note the peach cobbler. It caught me by surprise when I was paying for the meal. I've only seen that at one other barbecue place so I was impressed.
